Every message is read and answered by the developer.
When you write, it helps to include:
- which app you're writing about, and its version (you'll find it in the app's settings)
- your phone model and Android or iOS version
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
Purchases and refunds
Each app's Pro unlock is a one-time purchase handled by the store you bought it from. The developer never sees your payment details. Refunds follow Google Play's own rules:
