Breathe Easy is a breathing-exercise timer for Android. It is built so that nothing leaves your phone. This page says exactly what that means.

What the app collects

Nothing. The app has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no server of its own. It does not collect, store or transmit personal data, usage data, device identifiers or location.

What stays on your phone

Your settings (chosen practice, custom rhythm, sound and colour themes, volume), the total minutes you have practised, and whether Pro is unlocked are saved in the app's private storage on your phone. They are excluded from Android's cloud backup; Android's own phone-to-phone transfer can copy them to your new phone when you move to one. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

The Pro purchase

The one-time Pro unlock is sold through Google Play. The payment, the receipt and the refund process are handled entirely by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service. The app only asks Google Play whether the purchase exists and keeps the answer on the device. The developer never sees your name, payment details or address.

Permissions

• Notifications, foreground service, wake lock — so a session keeps running with the screen locked and shows Pause and Stop on the lock screen.
• Vibration — the haptic cues at each breathing phase.
• Google Play billing — the Pro purchase.
• Network state — added by Google Play's billing library; it only tells whether the phone is online and gives the app no network access.

The app declares no Internet permission: it cannot open a network connection of its own.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, a change would only ever describe a new feature's data handling before that feature ships.
